We're celebrating in style and therefore respectfully request that you come dressed for the occassion in formal wear.

All the formal events are held indoors. If the weather permits, you are welcome to explore the beautiful grounds at the Fairmont Macdonald between the ceremony and reception.

We're grateful that you will be present on our wedding day, so the party is on us!

All invited guest names will be clearly named on the invitation. Unless it is specifically stated that a date is invited, we ask that only those on the invitation list attend. Thank you so much for understanding!

Fairmont Hotel Macdonald offers valet parking and self-parking with in and out privileges. Arrive at our Main Entrance and our bell staff will assist with luggage and directions to the self-parking parkade. Guests using our self-parking option are required to provide the vehicle's license plate number to our Front Desk Agent upon check-in. Rates: $50.00 CAD daily for valet parking overnight or over four hours, excluding tax $25.00 CAD for valet parking up to four hours, excluding tax $40.00 CAD for overnight self-parking, excluding tax Indoor parking is subject to availability. All oversized vehicles and pickup trucks will be parked outdoors. Additional self-parking options are available nearby in downtown Edmonton.

We invite you to be fully present and share in the important moments of the day, phone-free. We therefore ask that you please refrain from using your phone for any reason (photos included) during any part of the ceremony. Our amazing professional photographer will capture all of the moments for us. We welcome photos during the more casual parts of the day.
